Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to own global financial planning and analysis for a business generating over $50M with growth to $200M. You will set the planning calendar, forecasting methods, and management reporting cadence across multi-currency environments, including annual budgets and re-forecasts.

Qualifications

• Forecasting and financial model architecture for scalable platforms.
• Revenue, pipeline, and commission economics understanding.
• Headcount, cost, and cash planning across multi-currency entities.
• Management and board reporting design and variance analysis.
• FP&A systems, data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team, owning model responsibilities, planning calendar, and controls.
• Own budgeting and re-forecast cadence end-to-end with functional inputs.
• Build and review operating plan, forecast, cash-flow, and acquisition integration models.
• Drive management, board, and investor reporting with actionable insights.
• Champion planning automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve cycle time.
