Job summary

The successful candidate is expected to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong strategic business partnering experience and the ability to challenge the status quo, communicate clearly, and build cross-functional relationships.

Job description

Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth and private equity owned services company to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager to drive effective financial management control and support for key projects. The role will initially be a fixed term contract, with scope to me made permanent and based in London (hybrid working).

As Senior FP&A Manager you will work closely with department heads to deliver business strategy, providing financial insight and supporting business cases for key projects.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong strategic business partnering experience. We are looking for a self-starter who challenges the status quo, communicates effectively and can build strong relationships across the business.
