Job summary

Equals is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Finance Manager to join the FP&A function in our London office. You will drive 5-year planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, while partnering with executives to support M&A, debt, and growth initiatives.

You will lead data-driven financial analysis, build a full P&L/BS/Cashflow model, and maintain a deal-ready data room for diligence, reporting the forward-looking metrics to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with broad FP&A experience in a deal-driven, PE-backed or listed business.
• Experience leading 5-year planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Proven ability to surface insights from financial and non-financial data for exec decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 5-year business plan and data room for due diligence.
• Lead annual budgeting and bi-annual forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver regular financial insights to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Partner with leaders to manage cost bases and drive commercial improvements.
• Develop KPI dashboards and profitability analyses with senior leadership.
