Job summary

Bauer Media Audio UK is seeking a commercially focused FP&A leader based in Manchester, delivering budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for a fast‑moving media business.

You will lead a high-performing team, partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to drive informed decisions. The role requires strong financial modelling, stakeholder management and a robust control environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A or management reporting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven track record in month-end and management reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Advanced Excel and planning/reporting tools experience, SAC preferred.
• Experience leading finance teams in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process for Bauer Media Audio UK.
• Own forecasting cycles and communicate updates across the business.
• Support long-range planning and strategic processes.
• Oversee pay review modelling and communications.
• Provide insightful analysis to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Lead FP&A month-end reporting and produce packs.
• Partner with CFO and senior leaders to drive decision-making.
