Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Prophix One FP&A implementations for enterprise clients. You will drive scoping, design, configuration, and go-live with finance leaders and delivery teams.

You’ll mentor colleagues, contribute to methodology, and embed AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery, with a focus on in-region (EMEA) projects and international travel as needed. Prophix offers hybrid working and comprehensive development support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consulting, implementation, or finance systems role with end-to-end delivery.
• Full-cycle FP&A or CPM implementations independently with limited architect dependency.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, including financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with CFO/VP stakeholders across complex projects.
• Strong project management discipline with multiple concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large Prophix One FP&A/CPM implementations with high autonomy.
• Run discovery sessions and design workshops independently, translating requirements into configurations.
• Own quality, timeline, and commercial outcomes from scoping to post-go-live support.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects with proactive risk management and scope control.
• Escalate delivery challenges and resolve issues with limited management involvement.
• Maintain strong utilisation and stakeholder satisfaction across engagements.
