Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited is seeking an Implementations Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of One Advanced Financials. You will work with senior finance stakeholders, mentors consultants, and shape delivery methodologies to drive value for customers.

You will oversee discovery through go-live, ensuring best practices and high-quality configuration while supporting pre-sales activities and ongoing improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering One Advanced Financials or similar ERP Financials
• Deep functional expertise across core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking)
• Strong understanding of finance processes and system configuration
• Track record leading complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication with senior finance leaders
• Experience mentoring and developing other consultants
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery for One Advanced Financials, including discovery, design, build, data migration, training, testing and go-live support.
• Act as the functional design authority, ensuring alignment with best practices and product capabilities.
• Engage with senior finance stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Deliver high-quality workshops and presentations to guide customers through configuration and optimisation.
• Provide hands-on configuration and oversee delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support development of implementation methodologies, templates, and accelerators.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Sales to ensure smooth project execution and feedback.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and scoping input.
