Job summary

UNIT4 NV in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Senior EPM Consultant to lead FP&A implementations for clients, guiding onboarding, delivery and post-go-live success to unlock the full value of financial planning solutions.

You will drive delivery, collaborate with Sales for handovers, mentor colleagues, and stay ahead of FP&A trends while aligning finance with HR, Sales and Operations to enable agile planning and strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless handovers and project kickoff.
• Design scalable, cost-effective solutions that reduce complexity and drive adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices from your experience.
• Support the PM to oversee project governance: design, timelines, budgets, risks, and change management
• Provide quality assurance across multiple concurrent FP&A implementations.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Integrate financial and operational data sources for end-to-end visibility and integrity.
• Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling for agile decision-making.
• Implement rolling forecasts and driver-based models to enhance planning agility.
• Help customers define KPIs and track performance to maximize strategic value.
• Align Finance with HR, Sales, and Operations for cross-functional planning.
• Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support business case realization and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct solution reviews and health checks to drive adoption and expansion.
• Stay current on FP&A trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Contribute to product boards and delivery methodology enhancements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder engagement.
