Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, integrate budgets, and build valuations and pro-forma scenarios for acquisitions. This high-autonomy role drives accuracy and actionable insights for leadership and investors.

You'll work with three-statement models, SaaS metrics, and AI tooling to pressure-test assumptions and deliver reliable forecasts, partnering with the wider FP&A team in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Financial model design for integrated three-statement and operating models, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Bottom-up forecasting with driver-based long-term modeling and SaaS metrics linked to operating levers.
• Valuation, due diligence, and integration modeling for acquisitions and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own the core three-statement and operating model with robust architecture and scenario layers.
• Build valuations, pro-forma models, and integration views for acquisitions, supporting due diligence.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by translating model outputs into clear narratives for leadership and investors.
• Diagnose SaaS metric movements, identify operating drivers, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Apply AI and automation to recurring financial workflows while preserving essential human validation.
