Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support planning, forecasting and scenario modelling across Finance, Risk and Product. You will drive budgets, long-term plans and robust forecasts to inform strategic decisions and capital planning.

You will partner with FP&A, Treasury, Credit Strategy and other teams to monitor performance, challenge assumptions and present clear insights to senior stakeholders. The role offers hybrid London-based work and opportunities to leverage AI in planning.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis experience, ideally in retail banking or consumer finance.
• Ability to translate drivers into credible financial forecasts and projections.
• Clear interpretation of P&L, balance sheet, capital and risk metrics.
• Knowledge of credit risk, impairment forecasting or IFRS 9.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance and business units.
• Advantage for experience with Anaplan or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead forward-looking planning activities turning drivers into robust forecasts.
• Deliver budgets, long-term plans and scenario analyses for ICAAP and capital planning.
• Analyse risks and opportunities; highlight insights and potential actions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Product, Treasury and Risk teams to align forecasts.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes and forecasting models, exploring AI tools.
