Boku Inc in London is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to strengthen budget planning, forecasting and performance insight across the business. The role will partner closely with budget holders and Finance colleagues to provide clear challenge, actionable analysis and decision support.

This is a high-impact role for a qualified accountant who combines robust financial control with an ability to translate operational drivers into a forward-looking view of performance.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong academic background.
• 2+ years post-qualified FP&A or 3+ years analytical finance experience.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and monthly forecasting aligned with business priorities.
• Prepare monthly Board-level governance packs with variance analysis.
• Challenge assumptions and support informed decisions with budget holders.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team on ad-hoc requests and commercial activities.
• Build financial models, scenarios and sensitivities for business cases and transformations.
• Provide forward-looking trend analysis on headcount, vendors, technology and op-ex.
