Job summary

Boku, headquartered in London with global teams, is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to drive budget planning, forecasting and performance insight across the business.

The role partners with budget holders and Finance colleagues to provide clear challenge, actionable analysis and decision support in a fast-paced, regulated Financial Services environment, including board-level reporting and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) required.
• 2+ years post-qualified FP&A experience or 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or analytical finance.
• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Banking.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case evaluation.
• Demonstrable financial modelling capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience within regulated financial services environments and data-driven decision support.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and applying them to automate workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and monthly forecasting aligned with business priorities.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting and board-level governance packs with variance analysis.
• Partner with departmental leaders to challenge assumptions and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial team on ad hoc requests and commercial activities.
• Build high-quality financial models, scenarios and sensitivities for business cases.
• Provide forward-looking trend analyses on headcount, vendors, and Opex.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting and planning tools for efficiency and self-service insights.
• Contribute to finance-wide projects with senior leadership ad hoc analysis.
