Job summary

Topps Group in Leicester is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting and business decision-making.

You will build and maintain models, automate reporting, develop dashboards with Power BI, and present insights to senior stakeholders. The role requires expert Excel skills and a proactive approach to AI-driven improvements, with opportunities for career development and a company bonus.

Qualifications

• Financial modelling and reporting experience with automation focus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Experience building financial and operational models.

• Excellent commercial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models and planning tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and planning processes.
• Drive automation to enhance reporting and integrity, including AI.
• Develop high-quality reporting packs with commentary on performance.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics across the Group.
• Deliver modelling support for investments, efficiency projects and decisions.
• Support finance team with modelling capabilities.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
