Distinct Recruitment is seeking a Finance Analyst in Leicester to transform how the finance team uses data. You’ll build Power BI dashboards, develop financial models and automate reporting to cut manual processes.

Ideally you have hands-on Power BI and Excel in a finance setting, experience turning data into clear insights for senior leadership, and a curiosity for AI applications in finance.

• Experience building financial models and dashboards.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build or improve Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to reduce manual work.
• Support finance leadership with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A and commercial finance teams to understand business needs.
