Job summary

Oxford Properties Group, part of the OMERS family, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to propel FP&A across Europe and APAC. You will partner with Asset Management, Investments and Regional teams to drive planning, forecasting and portfolio insights.

You will build robust financial models, present executive‑level findings, and contribute to regional reporting, automation, and AI‑driven analysis. A strong candidate combines analytics with clear storytelling and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, transaction analysis, valuation, audit, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Ability to identify key business drivers, evaluate assumptions and produce forward‑looking analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint capability and the ability to develop clear, executive‑ready presentations.
• Exposure to planning, reporting or consolidation systems; Power BI, data visualization, data transformation, automation or AI‑enabled analysis is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, portfolio performance analysis and executive reporting across Europe and APAC.
• Coordinate planning inputs with Asset Management, Investments, Development, Real Estate Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Input and consolidate forecast submissions and analyze performance against actuals and plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting materials for regional leadership and the Executive Committee.
• Translate performance into concise, executive‑ready insights, dashboards and narratives.
