Job summary

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst, EPM Sys Ops, supporting Anaplan planning across FP&A and the wider Finance community. The role is based in Pinewood, UK, with flexibility for other country postings.

You will partner with users, resolve issues, and help implement enhancements, serving as SME for Anaplan models and ensuring data integrity across source systems. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Finance/IT experience are expected; Anaplan certified a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year Anaplan experience.
• Minimum 3 years Finance, IT, or related business experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable in agile teams.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly and collaborate broadly.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support using Anaplan models and Service Now issues.
• Serve as SME for assigned Anaplan models and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement new capabilities.
• Prepare requirements and test scripts for defects and enhancements.
• Execute tests and update documentation as needed.
