Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Bristol with hybrid working. The role focuses on SSRO regulations within defence programmes, delivering accurate financial reporting and governance across complex contracts.

Training will be provided for SSRO expertise, with emphasis on costs, pricing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong financial management, business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills, ready to support

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or AAT-qualified experience.
• Experience with financial reports, MIS and compliance documentation.
• Ability to interpret cost principles and contract pricing.
• Experience acting as a point of contact during audits and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial management and reporting across complex contracts or projects.
• Prepare and review statutory reports and management information.
• Interpret regulations and advise stakeholders on application.
• Support audits, inspections or compliance reviews as a key contact.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and governance processes.
• Support costing, pricing models, financial analysis and risk management.
• Deliver financial guidance and training to finance and non-finance staff.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business performance reporting.
• Provide commercial insight for planning and decision making.
