Job description

• Produce and analyse monthly P&Ls for the business as a whole and by entity/cost centre.
• Analyse monthly margin variances based on product, category, and region mix.
• Critically analyse and improve SG&A cost expenditure.
• Evaluate current processes and tools to drive efficiencies and improvements.
• Assist in the annual budget and forecasting cycle, including regional revenue analysis.
• Lead feedback sessions to review proposed SG&A spend with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand business drivers and implement best practices.
• Provide financial guidance on key initiatives to align with strategic goals.
• Develop ad hoc analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Skills/experience required:

• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Strong financial background with exceptional analytical and modelling skills.
• Experience working with financial statements and FP&A teams in global organizations.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and present complex ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with D365 is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly analytical mindset with great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
