Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)

Over the last few years, this business has seen remarkable growth, expanding its global reach and building a successful portfolio of online content brands. As a leader in digital-first media, they operate across sectors including sports, video content, distribution, and technology.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, aiding management in making faster, better decisions as the company scales. This role offers broad responsibilities with significant influence and visibility, working closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple units, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide high-quality monthly management reports and performance analysis, highlighting revenue, costs, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and content teams, using data to influence strategic and commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for planning, business cases, and scenario analysis.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as board reports, investor presentations, and financial deep-dives.
• Identify process improvements to embed a scalable and efficient FP&A function as the business grows.

Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CA accountant, preferably with audit training
• Minimum 2 years experience in an FP&A role
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling expertise
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain finance to non-finance colleagues
