Job summary

Entrust People Limited in the SE England region seeks a Formulation Chemist to lead cosmetic formulation projects, from hands-on lab work to scale-up for manufacturing. You will work across disciplines to drive product development and liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, NPD and Regulatory teams.

The role combines practical laboratory formulation with project management responsibilities and may involve supervising a junior team member.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a BSc / MSc / PhD in Chemistry / Cosmetic Science.
• Experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
• Hands-on lab work with ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation projects from concept to scale-up and manufacture.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, NPD and Regulatory teams.
• Support product innovation and develop new packaging concepts.
• Supervise/training of another member of the technical team.
