Qualifications

• Experience managing quantum or valuation engagements within a professional services firm, boutique forensics practice or valuation house.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; ability to assess and challenge financial information.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for, and being the main client contact on, quantum and valuation engagements.
• Quantifying the financial impact of breaches of contract or duty, incl. lost profits and business interruption losses.
• Advising on transaction disputes, post-acquisition disputes, warranty and indemnity claims and expert determinations.
• Preparing and reviewing contentious business valuations in litigation/arbitration.
• Developing financial models and explaining conclusions clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Producing expert witness reports for court/arbitration/regulatory proceedings.
• Managing, developing and coaching team members across quantum/valuation workstreams.
• Collaborating with legal teams, corporate finance, economists and other specialists.
• Contributing to proposals, business development and marketing with law firms and in-house teams.
• Possible international travel due to disputes work.
