Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for quantum and valuation engagements.
• Quantify financial impacts of alleged breaches of contract.
• Advise on transaction disputes and expert determinations.
• Prepare and review business valuations for litigation.
• Develop financial models and analyses.
• Produce expert witness reports for various proceedings.
• Manage and coach team members.
• Collaborate with various specialists.
• Contribute to proposals and marketing activities.
