Job summary

Brigg Scientific Client in East Manchester is recruiting a Senior Food Quality Assurance Technologist to join a dedicated food manufacturing team. You will coordinate raw materials inspections, verify analysis certificates, and perform organoleptic testing to ensure high food safety and quality standards.

The role is permanent and Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with potential overtime to meet critical needs. Salary is circa £32,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct raw materials inspections
• Verifying Certificates on Analysis
• Perform Organoleptic testing
• Control Raw Material stock
• Conduct audits for GMP, CCPs and Hygiene amongst others
• Validate food safety, quality and legal processes
• Support QA projects
• Equipment calibration
• Admin duties, PO Numbers, Batch release numbers
• Some Supervision of junior staff

This Brigg Scientific Client are a food manufacturing company based in East Manchester. They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Food Quality Assurance Technologist.
