Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading international food manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their busy Merthyr Tydfil operation.

As Supply Chain Manager you will oversee demand planning, end-to-end production planning, inventory management and supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels across major retail customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a senior supply chain role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong skills in demand planning, forecasting and end-to-end production planning.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, supplier relationships and service levels.

Aufgaben

• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to translate customer requirements into supply chain plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end production planning to align with demand, capacity and material availability.
• Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy to meet production and customer needs.
• Lead materials planning in partnership with Purchasing and Production.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data (BOMs) to support planning and reporting.
• Monitor customer orders and service levels, identify risks and take action.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement and Commercial teams to align objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction across the supply chain.
