Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join a high-performing engineering team in Greater London. You will build, evolve and optimise mobile apps and SDKs, blending Flutter expertise with native mobile skills to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will work with product managers, designers, QA and DevOps, drive automated testing, contribute to architecture decisions, and explore AI-assisted tooling to improve developer efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Flutter experience
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, BLoC)
• Solid knowledge of Flutter widgets, testing (Widget Testing)
• Experience with TDD/BD within Flutter
• Experience using AI and agentic coding tools in the development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to meet product and engineering delivery objectives
• Participate in planning, technical discussions and day-to-day delivery
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and tasks
• Own code quality with automated tests and minimise defects
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards
• Identify opportunities to improve architecture, performance and developer experience
