Job summary

Obviously Group Limited, a subsidiary of RWS Holdings, is seeking a Senior Flutter Frontend Developer to drive feature delivery across three Flutter applications, improve performance, and raise the bar on architecture and code quality. You will shape technical direction within the Front End team and harmonize patterns across apps.

The role is hybrid, based in Norwich or London, requiring substantial Flutter and Dart experience, plus a track record of mentoring engineers and delivering polished,

Qualifications

• Significant production experience building Flutter apps.
• Deep knowledge of Flutter/Dart, widgets and state management.
• Experience delivering accessible, responsive UI and cross-platform apps.
• Proven mentoring or technical leadership in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Flutter front-end features across three apps.
• Write clean, maintainable Dart/Flutter code and set quality standards.
• Own front-end architecture decisions and ensure consistent patterns.
• Translate requirements into polished user experiences.
• Maintain consistency across apps with reusable components and APIs.
• Support release readiness with debugging, testing and performance tuning.
