Senior Floor Manager
We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets while providing unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team in ensuring the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
- Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
- Monitor and drive all key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, and more.
- Support the Store Management team in optimizing financial performance by effectively managing costs, including audit compliance and wage costs.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Help manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.
Role objectives and KPIs:
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
- Drive all additional KPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
- Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
- Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
- Ensure employee satisfaction scores or engagement survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.
- Assist in keeping operational costs within the allocated budget.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail/customer-facing environment.
- Passionate about retail and knowledgeable of the latest trends and competitors.
- Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Keen eye for detail and commerciality. Experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
- Ability to promote JD Group values to internal and external stakeholders.
