We're looking for an established Senior Flood Risk Engineer in London!

This is an ideal role for a Senior Flood Risk Engineer to take their career further, taking on a technical lead role for a small team, on exciting development projects.

Role:
Your main responsibilities will include leading a small team of engineers from a technical perspective, ensuring delivery of projects, enabling the director to continue with business development. You will manage staff and assist the director with business development and client account management.

The ideal candidate will have…

Knowledge of Flood Risk Assessments

Experience in surface water drainage design and SuDS in RIBA stages 2-3.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow.

Experience in managing projects and acting as a technical discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects is essential.

Experience in managing/mentoring other members of staff.

Strong IT and GIS skills.

Prior experience with Flood Modeller and TUFLOW

Experience in some or all of the following: flood estimation methods (e.g. ReFH 2 and WINFAP), undertaking environmental impact assessments, water resource assessment.
