Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to lead a portfolio of flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and sustainable water management for development, regeneration and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The role involves technical leadership, client engagement and collaboration with planners, engineers and environmental consultants. Hybrid working is supported, with travel across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering flood risk assessments and drainage strategies.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable drainage systems and water quality considerations.
• Experience supporting planning applications and environmental submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and related reports.
• Provide technically robust advice to clients and project teams.
• Manage budgets, programmes and project delivery.
• Mentor junior colleagues and develop the team.
• Engage with clients, authorities and stakeholders to shape project strategy.
