My client, a market-leading, innovative consultancy based in the heart of Manchester, is searching for a Senior Consultant to join a team of flood risk specialists. Hybrid working is available. It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline and have experience working for a UK-based consultancy specialising in flood risk, hydrology, drainage, flood resilience, or civil engineering.

This exciting opportunity will offer you the chance to join a team in Newcastle. You will be expected to manage projects, complete, and check/amend technical work spanning flood risk, SuDS, drainage, natural flood management, climate change projects, flood alleviation, and wetland restoration schemes across the UK. As a Senior Consultant, you will be required to complete:

• Flood Alleviation Schemes
• Flood Risk Assessments
• Wetland Restoration and Natural Flood Risk Management
• Pollution Incidents and Nutrient Neutrality
• Drainage Strategies
