Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Fleet Process Excellence Manager to own fleet cost optimisation initiatives from insight to impact. You will work with the FPE and IGFP teams across Europe to diagnose root causes, design solutions and sustain gains through disciplined process improvements.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and project management expertise, with the ability to influence across geographies and drive measurable savings in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Experience leading process improvements across teams and geographies.
• Experience in project and program management.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and improve fleet cost processes using DMAIC, root-cause analysis and value-stream mapping.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations with quantified business cases.
• Own end-to-end execution: design, pilot, implement and sustain changes delivering cost savings.
• Drive standardisation with SOPs, best practices and playbooks across countries.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage scope, timelines and quality commitments.
• Establish audit cadences, control plans and monitoring to sustain improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and structured problem-solving workshops across functions.
• Communicate project impact and recommendations to senior leadership.
