Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior FIX Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding process for clients in the CIB - Equities LOB. This role requires a deep understanding of the FIX protocol and the ability to manage multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and serve as the main contact for clients during integration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and training clients on the FIX protocol and our trading systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Configure and test FIX connections for client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding projects.
• Provide training and support to clients on trading systems.

Skills

Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems

Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)

Effective use of AI-assisted software development tools

Cloud native experience

Education

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
