Qualifications

• Experience in senior fitness, personal training, or group fitness.
• Reliable transportation and punctual for sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and encouraging approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site group fitness classes for older adults.
• Deliver personalized one-on-one and small group sessions.
• Monitor safety and modify activities for all fitness levels.
• Establish trust and rapport with residents and staff.
• Report attendance and feedback to the Fitness Program Manager.
