Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is assisting a leading LPCB Level 3 accredited fire sprinkler specialist in recruiting a Sprinkler Project Manager for London and the South East. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of installation projects, acting as the main point of contact with main contractors, clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in fire sprinkler installations, strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and LPC Rules, and can manage budgets, timelines, and safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering fire sprinkler installation projects as a project manager, contracts manager, or senior site supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of wet and dry sprinkler systems and relevant standards (BS EN 12845, LPC Rules).
• Ability to manage main contractor relationships and budget, variations, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of sprinkler installations across London and the South East.
• Serve as primary client contact for main contractors, clients, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, monitor progress, risks, and changes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Capture commercial impact of variations and RFIs with clients.
