Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services seeks an experienced fire protection design engineer to lead production of sprinkler system drawings and hydraulic calculations. You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, attend meetings, and ensure designs meet standards and project specs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sprinkler design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and Canute FHC experience. The role offers UK-based on-site work with progression opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire protection sprinkler design.
• Proficient drawing production in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with hydraulic calculations using Canute FHC.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce sprinkler installation drawings and coordination models.
• Create hydraulic calculations for projects.
• Conduct onsite surveying as needed.
• Attend coordination meetings with project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and specifications.
• Mentor junior members of the design team.
