Job summary

Scion Communications Ltd, part of the Ranger Fire & Security Group, seeks a Senior Fire & Security Engineer with an electrical bias to lead from the front. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with mentoring and team development across fire, CCTV and access control systems.

You will oversee installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance, coach engineers, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service throughout projects in the South of England.

Qualifications

• Senior Fire & Security Engineer with a strong electrical bias and hands-on expertise.
• Experience leading from the front, mentoring and developing a team.
• Ability to diagnose faults and deliver high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire and security systems.
• Lead and support a team of engineers.
