Accept Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager in Ipswich to lead fire safety across a housing portfolio, acting as the principal Duty Holder and ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act and the Building Safety Act.

This senior role leads a £10m fire safety improvement programme and serves as the main contact with Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, overseeing fire risk assessments, tenders and multi-site safety strategies.

Competenze

Degree or equivalent professional building-related qualification; post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations.
Experience managing fire safety in residential premises.
Proven ability to identify and manage fire risks and develop fire strategies.

Mansioni

Act as the client’s fire safety expert and principal Duty Holder for its housing portfolio.
Manage, train and appraise a team of Fire Safety Surveyors.
Develop fire strategies for multiple schemes and units.
Carry out and oversee Fire Risk Assessments with documented actions.
Deliver a £10m fire safety improvement programme and manage budgets.
