Ipswich Borough Council is seeking a Fire Safety Manager to oversee fire safety compliance across approximately 8,000 residential properties. This senior role sits within the Maintenance and Contracts service, offering hybrid/flexible working and a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will manage risk assessments, ensure adherence to fire safety legislation, and lead supporting projects with contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain high safety standards.

We are recruiting for a Fire Safety Manager on behalf of Ipswich Borough Council to oversee fire safety compliance across approximately 8,000 residential properties.

This is a senior position within the Council's Maintenance and Contracts service, with responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting a major programme of fire safety improvements.

Key Responsibilities
