Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Sidcup is seeking a Band 7 Fire Safety Advisor to deliver a comprehensive fire safety service across Trust properties, including hospitals and community sites. You will lead fire risk assessments, develop evacuation plans, conduct drills and provide practical guidance on fire precautions to clinical and non-clinical teams.

Applicants should have a strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and HTMs, be able to travel between sites, and work flexibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and HTMs.
• Ability to deliver fire safety training to large staff groups.

Responsabilités

• Conduct fire risk assessments across Trust occupied premises.
• Develop and implement local fire safety plans and evacuation procedures.
• Lead fire drills and training, and maintain records and reports.
