Job summary

Rsk Group is seeking an experienced Dual Fire Risk Assessor & Health and Safety Advisor to deliver complex and high-risk fire risk assessments and general health and safety risk assessments across a wide range of premises, including Higher-Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs).

The role demands advanced professional judgement, consultancy skills, and the ability to support Responsible Persons, Accountable Persons and duty holders in meeting UK fire safety and health & safety legislation, working to

Qualifications

• Advanced competence in fire risk assessment and fire safety consultancy.
• Registered on NFRAR at Advanced Fire Risk Assessor / Fire Safety Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and standards.
• Experience with complex premises and HRBs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex and high-risk Fire Risk Assessments, including HRBs.
• Carry out general Health & Safety Risk Assessments across sectors.
• Provide fire safety consultancy on strategy, means of escape, evacuation and management.
• Interpret and apply UK legislation, standards, and guidance.
• Produce clear, auditable reports with priority action plans.
• Advise clients and liaise with Fire & Rescue Services.
• Support internal quality assurance and SP205 compliance.
