Job summary

Thomas Gray is seeking a Senior Fire Consultant to lead the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments, manage a portfolio of complex buildings, and act as a technical reference point within a growing FRA team.

You will engage with clients, support quality assurance, mentor junior assessors and contribute to CPD activities, with a role that combines site-based work and home-based elements and limited travel to the head office.

Qualifications

• Senior Fire Risk Assessor background or equivalent with credibility.
• Experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments and leading engagements.
• Ability to review work, mentor juniors and contribute to CPD/best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments across a portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and oversee quality assurance.
• Support growth of junior assessors and CPD initiatives.
• Contribute to workload planning, utilisation and margin awareness.
