Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Fintech, translating strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation/remote arrangements, you will own end-to-end delivery with an emphasis on high impact, scalable solutions and potential spin-offs that attract institutional backing.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
