Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators to join the new department in a high-ownership role.

You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, drive rapid implementation from prototype to production, and architect scalable solutions to position the team for growth. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocations/remote arrangements, you’ll collaborate with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• You have a high-agency builder mindset with drive for extreme ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Fintech and related domains.
• You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and drive rapid implementation.
• You will architect scalable solutions and push milestones toward growth or spin-off readiness.
