Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements), you will lead 0-to-1 initiatives, translate high-level vision into concrete roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to drive rapid growth and a potential

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Artificial Intelligence
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing
