Job summary

Lab49 is seeking an experienced consultant to lead a large institutional multi-year business transformation and integration project in cross-border payments. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps.

In a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with Lab49 teams and clients to deliver detailed specifications, functional architectures, and iterative improvements while applying Agile practices and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business analysis on large, multi-year programmes.
• Experience in financial markets and payments domain.
• Ability to document requirements and translate into detailed specs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlogs management.
• Ability to run workshops and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements and backlogs
• Develop detailed specifications including numerical examples
• Develop functional architectures and solution designs
• Develop delivery roadmaps, identify dependencies, risks and issues
• Perform business process reengineering
• Facilitate workshops between Lab and client to resolve issues
