Strategic Vision Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our client servicing team. You will support Financial Planners and keep our administrative processes running smoothly as part of a values-led independent firm.

You’ll manage new business processing, prepare client reviews, liaise with providers, and maintain accurate records across back-office systems while ensuring FCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Services Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process new business accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Liaise with providers and progress applications.
• Produce valuations and client correspondence.
• Process investments and fund switches.
• Maintain accurate client records across back-office systems.
• Support advisers with day‑to‑day client servicing.
• Ensure work complies with FCA and company standards.
