Job summary

Strategic Vision Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join the client servicing team in Kidlington. You will support Financial Planners, handle new business processing, documentation, provider liaison, valuations, investments, and ensure FCA/compliance standards.

The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 4.5-day week with salary for 90% hours, private medical insurance, wellbeing allowance, study support,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Services Administrator within an IFA practice.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products and investment platforms.
• A proactive approach and pride in producing accurate work.
• Experience with Intelligent Office, Nucleus or Hubwise would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing new business accurately and efficiently
• Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation
• Liaising with providers and progress chasing applications
• Producing valuations and client correspondence
• Processing investments, withdrawals, fund switches and rebalances
• Maintaining accurate client records across back-office systems
• Supporting advisers with day-to-day client servicing
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and company compliance standards.
