Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to deliver reporting, forecasting, and planning that informs confident business decisions. This full-time role participates in a hybrid work-from-home arrangement and partners with Finance Business Partners to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will automate reporting, manage multiple workstreams, and transform complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience building automated reporting solutions.
• Ability to learn finance systems and planning tools.
• Advanced Excel with modelling, macros and Power Query.
• Strong organisational and deadline management skills.
• Stakeholder management to influence Finance Business Partners.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ready to turn financial data into meaningful business insight? We’re looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to deliver reporting, forecasting and planning processes that support confident decision-making across the business.

The Finance Systems team manages the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. This function ensures financial reporting remains accurate, timely, and provides the deep insights required to drive business performance.

This role acts as a key partner to Finance Business Partners, supporting validated inputs, robust analysis, and automated reporting solutions. The successful candidate transforms complex financial data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

Expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes

Experience developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions

Aptitude for learning finance systems, planning tools and reporting solution configuration

Advanced Excel proficiency, including modelling, macros and Power Query

Organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and strict deadlines

Stakeholder management skills to partner with Finance Business Partners and influence at all levels

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

What you will be doing

Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and maintain reporting templates to support the wider Finance function

Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide the data, analysis and support required to drive business performance

Refine planning and reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention and strengthen output quality

Develop automated reporting solutions to improve the consistency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting outputs

Transform complex financial data sets into actionable insight to support decision making and business performance
