Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to turn financial data into meaningful business insight and support decision‑making across the group. The Finance Systems team handles budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, delivering accurate reporting and automated solutions.

The role partners with Finance Business Partners to drive performance and continuous improvement. This position qualifies for our hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions.
• Aptitude for learning finance systems and reporting configurations.
• Advanced Excel with modelling, macros and Power Query.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Stakeholder management to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles with validated inputs.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain reporting templates for the wider Finance function.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide data, analysis and support to drive performance.

Ready to turn financial data into meaningful business insight? We’re looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to deliver reporting, forecasting and planning processes that support confident decision-making across the business.

The Finance Systems team manages the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. This function ensures financial reporting remains accurate, timely, and provides the deep insights required to drive business performance.

This role acts as a key partner to Finance Business Partners, supporting validated inputs, robust analysis, and automated reporting solutions. The successful candidate transforms complex financial data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes
• Experience developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions
• Aptitude for learning finance systems, planning tools and reporting solution configuration
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including modelling, macros and Power Query
• Organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and strict deadlines
• Stakeholder management skills to partner with Finance Business Partners and influence at all levels
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
