Job Description:

A fantastic Senior FP&A Analyst is required to join a successful business based in Uxbridge on an interim basis for 3-6 months. This is an opportunity to join a growing, international organisation with direct exposure to the senior leadership team and the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes alongside the CFO
• Develop consistent forecasting and reporting framework across the business
• Improve and deliver Exec Team and Board review packs, including analysis, commentary, and KPIs
• Support CFO and Finance Directors in analyzing investment opportunities and risks
• Enhance reporting and analysis, focusing on margin and profitability
• Conduct cash and working capital analysis and develop long-term forecasts
• Review and challenge business performance monthly

Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA / CIMA
• Experience in reporting and FP&A
• Proactive, collaborative, with integrity and pragmatic application of principles
• Strong systems, Excel, and data analysis skills, including PowerBI
• Focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
