Job summary

You will prepare quotations, illustrations and valuations on behalf of the Adviser, process new business documents, and handle Adviser and client queries with discretion and professionalism. This role offers in-office, flexible hours with part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning practice / SJP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and discretion in client dealings.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support for business operations and client servicing.
• Produce client paperwork including quotations, illustrations and valuations.
• Process new business documentation in line with service standards.
• Handle queries from Advisers and clients and respond promptly.
